Recipe based on one by Doris and Nancy Lang
Cut fat from ham, preferably leftover. Put chunks into meat grinder and turn handle, catching ground ham below. Or use a food processor or meat grinding attachment to a mixer.
In a bowl mix in by hand pickle relish, chopped celery and mayo to taste and until mixture reaches preferred consistency.
Serve on old fashioned Ritz and Nabisco crackers.
